Stetra System

The Stetra System includes everything needed to ensure safe and durable waterproofing, even under strong exposure to moisture, steam, and standing water. The system consists of:

• Stetra: a three-dimensional waterproof decoupling membrane with registered design, developed to improve adhesion to cementitious adhesives and reduce stresses in the substrate. The inner side is coated with a polypropylene nonwoven fabric to ensure optimal adhesion to adhesives, while the outer side features a special “dovetail” geometry that allows strong adhesive penetration.
• Stetra Foil: a flexible waterproofing membrane, ideal for protecting floors and vertical surfaces such as perimeter walls, showers, pools, or niches from water and humidity.
• Stetra Board: a lightweight, rigid technical panel, suitable for building partition walls, benches, shelves, or wall claddings, offering high stability and moisture resistance.
• Stetra Band and preformed corners: essential sealing accessories to ensure waterproofing continuity at critical points such as corners, joints, edges, and service penetrations.

Stetra System is compatible with the main installation systems for ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware, and natural stone. Its system stratigraphy allows for fast, clean, and highly professional installation—even on substrates that are not fully cured or prone to micro-cracks.
