Stetra Band

Stetra Band is a flexible polyethylene waterproofing tape designed to provide a watertight seal at joints and connections between waterproof membranes. Its low profile ensures a smooth and uniform installation, while the surface finish promotes excellent adhesion with mortars and sealants, creating a secure and durable bond.

Application: Stetra Band is specifically designed to effectively seal linear joints between walls and floors, as well as connections between waterproof membranes within waterproofing systems. It is ideal for use in indoor wet areas such as:
• Shower walls, spas, and bathrooms
• Connections between waterproofing membranes and shower trays, bathtubs, or washbasins
• Structural or movement joints requiring elasticity and watertight performance

The tape is quick and easy to install by overlapping membrane edges by at least 5 cm and bonding them with a suitable adhesive or mortar. This creates a continuous, leak-resistant waterproofing system that delivers excellent performance even in areas subject to structural movement.
