Stetra

DESCRIPTION

Stetra is a registered-design 3D waterproof decoupling membrane made of an extruded polymer sheet with raised bumps and a polypropylene nonwoven fabric backing. This construction ensures optimal performance and long-term durability.
The distinctive dovetail-shaped structure provides high adhesion to installation materials, offering superior tear resistance with cementitious adhesives as well as polyurethane and epoxy adhesives.
The membrane is specifically designed to absorb and compensate for stress between the substrate and the tile covering—helping to prevent cracking or delamination over time.

APPLICATION

Stetra è progettata per l’impiego come membrana desolidarizzante e impermeabilizzante sotto piastrella, sia a pavimento che a parete, in ambienti soggetti a umidità o sbalzi termici, come:

• bagni, docce, lavanderie e cucine;
• ambienti pubblici o commerciali;
• zone soggette a dilatazioni del supporto o a possibili micro-movimenti strutturali.

La posa di Stetra migliora l’affidabilità del sistema ceramico, isolando meccanicamente il rivestimento dal sottofondo e assicurando una protezione impermeabile duratura.
