DESCRIPTION

PlenaFelt 290-380-700 are ultra-lightweight bituminous vapor control layers composed of two layers of nonwoven polypropylene fabric and a central core made of polyester nonwoven fabric, bonded together using a bituminous compound.
These vapor control layers undergo anti-slip, abrasion-resistant, and UV-resistant treatments, ensuring mechanical strength, safety during installation, and long-term durability—even under temporary exposure to the elements.

APPLICATION

PlenaFelt 290-380-700 are designed for use as bituminous vapor control layers in discontinuous pitched roofs, acting as a secondary waterproofing layer beneath bituminous shingles, especially on continuous wooden substrates such as decking or OSB panels.
