Stetra

Stetra is a waterproof three-dimensional uncoupling membrane with a patented design, consisting of an extruded dimpled polymer sheet with three-dimensional reliefs bonded to a polypropylene nonwoven fabric, ensuring maximum performance and long-term durability.
Its unique dovetail-shaped structure provides exceptional bonding strength to the floor or wall covering, delivering superior tear resistance when used with cement-based adhesives as well as polyurethane and epoxy adhesives.
The membrane is specifically engineered to absorb and compensate for stresses between the substrate and the covering, helping to prevent cracks, delamination, and other failures over time.
Indoor air emissions: Stetra complies with CAM (Minimum Environmental Criteria) requirements and has achieved an A+ rating according to the French VOC emissions regulation.

Stetra is designed for use as an uncoupling and waterproofing membrane beneath ceramic tiles, on both floors and walls, in areas exposed to moisture or thermal fluctuations, such as:
• Bathrooms, showers, laundry rooms, and kitchens;
• Public and commercial environments;
• Areas subject to substrate movement, expansion, or potential structural micro-movements.

The installation of Stetra enhances the reliability of the ceramic tiling system by mechanically isolating the covering from the substrate while ensuring long-lasting waterproof protection.
